These terms govern your use of Tripbundle, operated by Qusai Eilouti. Contact us at support@tripbundle.app with questions.

Using Tripbundle

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tripbundle.

Tripbundle helps groups plan outings, assign supplies, and record shared costs. Keep your account secure and share invitations only with people you intend to invite. You are responsible for the content you add and for respecting other members’ privacy. Do not use the service to harass others, misuse invitations, or interfere with the app.

Content and conduct

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that shares someone’s personal information without their consent. Organizers choose whether joining a trip needs their approval, and can remove or block people from their trips. Anyone can report a member from the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Shared plans and costs

Members of a trip can see its shared details. Items marked Only me stay private to their creator. Cost splits and repayment entries are planning records; Tripbundle does not transfer money, verify that someone has paid, or settle debts on your behalf. Members should check amounts and resolve disagreements with each other.

Free use and purchases

Creating a trip and including up to four people, including its organizer, is free. An organizer may unlock a larger trip with a trip pass, a pass from a three-pass pack, or an active yearly plan. Invited participation and retained trip history are free. A trip already unlocked stays unlocked when a yearly plan later expires. Deleting a trip does not return a used pass.

Passes, packs, and yearly plans are sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The price and currency shown by your store at checkout are the amount you pay. The yearly plan renews automatically each year unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google account before renewal. Removing the app or deleting your Tripbundle account does not cancel a store subscription. The store handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies. You can restore eligible purchases in the app while signed in to the original Tripbundle account.

Availability

Tripbundle needs an internet connection. Weather, email, and push reminders depend on external services and device settings, so they may be delayed or unavailable. Check important meeting details with your group rather than relying on a notification alone.

Accounts and changes

You can stop using Tripbundle and delete your account in the app at any time. Shared records may remain where other members need them to understand their trip history and costs, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses invitations, or puts other people or the service at risk. We may change the service and update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Tripbundle is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that amounts, weather, places or reminders will always be correct or on time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disagreements between members about plans or money. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

App Store purchases

If you got Tripbundle from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
