Delete your Tripbundle account

Tripbundle is made by Qusai Eilouti. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Tripbundle and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If your account has a password, you enter it first.

Without the app

Email support@tripbundle.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, sign-in methods and sessions.
• Your private (Only me) items and your saved lists.
• Your devices registered for notifications, your pending requests to join trips, and feedback you sent.
• Your place in every trip: you leave them all, and the things you had taken are free again.

What stays, and why

Trips are shared, so some records belong to the other members too. Costs you paid, repayments between you and others, and items you added to a trip’s shared list stay in those trips with your name as it was, so everyone else's totals stay correct. If you were a trip's only organizer, the longest-standing member takes it over. Records of store purchases and trip passes stay for accounting, and a trip you unlocked stays unlocked for its members.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a yearly plan bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
